I use my smoke-infusing covers every weekend. I always smoke-infuse cheese as I use grated cheese in my salads, breakfast sandwiches, eggs benedict, rice, hotdogs, just about on everything. My grandkids like infusing child traditional foods such as hotdogs (made with my hotdog/corndog maker), hamburgers (made with my sandwich maker/grill), grilled cheese (made with my sandwich maker/grill).
